The RingScore is a 0–100 rating CryptRing computes from around 20 weighted risk signals. Higher is safer. The engine only scores the signals it can actually source for a given token and shows how many of the 20 were available, so a score is never inflated by data it doesn't have.

CryptRing surfaces the conditions that make a rug pull possible — an active mint authority, unlocked or unburned liquidity, extreme holder concentration, bundled or insider wallets. It cannot predict a team's future actions, so treat a good score as 'fewer obvious traps,' not a promise. Always do your own research.

Do I need to connect my wallet?

No. CryptRing never asks you to connect a wallet or sign a transaction. You paste a token's contract address (or a wallet address to view a portfolio) and it reads public on-chain data — there is nothing to approve and no way for it to touch your funds.
